LBK Fit is something special for me. From day one, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like part of the family. The last months I was in Lubbock were made so much better because of the coaches and members who encouraged me, and helped me be better every day I was there. I’ll miss the energy, the community, and all the people who motivated me to become better. Thank you, LBK Fit — you made my time here unforgettable

I love this place! I'm new to Lubbock and was looking for a good hybrid training / CrossFit gym to join and decided to give them a try based on reviews and their website. I was not disappointed! I have been a member for a month now and am so pleased with every aspect of my experience here. People, facility, equipment, class schedule, programming, coaching, music, pricing, even location. I have been welcomed and encouraged every step of the way. No egos or cliques or gimmicks, just phenomenally solid workouts that whoop my butt every single time!

I joined LBKfit 3 months ago and have loved it! The coaches are amazing and make sure you are performing the movements correctly, which is great because I knew nothing about CrossFit before starting. It’s such a fun environment and I’ve noticed a substantial amount of growth in my fitness and strength since starting. Plus, I’ve had so much fun doing it! I highly recommend this gym!!

LBK Fit is absolutely phenomenal! I had very little to no experience of working out before joining, and this community welcomed me with open arms. The coaches and members are so supportive, and I’ve slowly transformed into someone stronger, more confident, and proud of the progress I have made in only one year. No matter where you are in life or how unsure you feel about starting, LBK Fit is THE place to begin. Truly the one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!
