Outstanding food and service! I ordered the 8 oz Filet Mignon, well done, with Béarnaise sauce on the side, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. The Béarnaise complemented the steak beautifully. Our server, Steven, truly made the experience even better. He was attentive, professional, and very friendly, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Overall, the food and service were outstanding. Cowboy Star Restaurant delivered a top-notch dining experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We had an outstanding experience! Cody, our server, was absolutely amazing. Attentive, friendly, and truly on top of everything. Grace, the server assistant, was wonderful as well and made sure we always had what we needed. And Abby at the host stand set the tone for the night with her warm welcome; I really appreciated how she walked us to our table and even highlighted a bit of the beverage menu on the way. The Porterhouse was incredible! Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The sides were a bit on the smaller side, and the seats weren’t the most comfortable, but honestly the exceptional service and overall atmosphere more than made up for it.

This restaurant is a real treat from start to finish! I called to check on availability for one, and they have special seating called the chef's counter, which literally gives you a full-on display of the kitchen. Now, some people may not like this, however it was wonderful to watch the cooperation, dedication to craft, and overall professional atmosphere of the kitchen staff. My waiter, as well as the other staff members who tended to me, were very kind and welcoming. The timing of receiving menus and explanation of specials was well thought out. This felt like fine dining, and I hadn't even received my meal yet! Now, the meal itself? In a word: Phenomenal! Between my cocktail, Caesar salad starter and main course of steak and sides, I was presented with palette cleansers that were delicate and refreshing. This establishment is truly an experience, and I encourage those who are able to check out this incredible restaurant! My one regret is that I didn't try their dessert menu, perhaps next time!!

Phenomenal restaurant. From the food to the ambiance, to the service (and especially the service) this steakhouse excels in all areas. I was celebrating my first anniversary here and every person on staff we ran into wished us happy anniversary. They also had a rose and hand signed carded waiting for us at our table. Food wise you can’t go wrong, everything we had was great. But the real standout was the American Wagyu NY Strip. It’s pricey but absolutely worth it. The guy who served us on Oct-26 at 8pm was really great and did an amazing job. The GM was also very personable and made us feel special If you’re in CO springs, do not pass this place up!

Went here for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The food was so good, the steak melted in your mouth like butter. The atmosphere was cute and the service was exceptional! They went the extra step to make your day feel special. Best spinach dip I ever had and the mac and cheese!
