We went to Saltgrass Steak House for my birthday dinner and had a great experience. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I would definitely recommend it. I’ll be back for sure.
Edit: Changing this to a one star as they told me to reach out then ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional business. I came here with my wife for a birthday dinner. Spent ~$110 for an appetizer, drinks, and steaks for two. Everything was pretty good up until the main course. I ordered the 12oz ribeye (rare). The first steak came out incredibly oversalted. Like outrageously oversalted, burning my mouth and gritting between my teeth. I mentioned it to the manager when he came by and he offered to remake the steak, which I accepted. The attitude definitely shifted at this point. The staff acted irritated and short with me. The replacement steak came out 10-15 minutes later. The manager stood over me, arms crossed, while I tried it to "make sure it was to my liking". I'm sure this was well intentioned, but it just made my wife and me uncomfortable. This steak, while appropriately salted, was almost completely raw (see picture). Cold red inside, no grill marks, unrendered fat, gray outside, etc. I didn't send it back, however, as I have worked in a kitchen and learned not to trust food sent back more than once. We left shortly after as the staff made several comments that made us feel uncomfortable. Everything was great before we sent the steak back. The manager made us feel like we did something wrong by telling him. Overall a disappointing experience. I expect more consistent steaks from a "steak house".
Great atmosphere and the server was great. We are visiting from AZ and this was our first time in. Recommended: Do not do an appetizer if you’re eating a main course. If you like soup get the potato soup for the starter because all meals comes with choices. We all had something different and all was devoured. Highly recommend this company and hopefully we get one in Arizona.
Celebrated a birthday yesterday for lunch. No wait time. Waitress was very attentive. Food was great.. took home two bags of boxes with food. The potato soup was very good, as well as the steaks, the pasta and the questions!
Bacon wrapped quail legs were excellent and we got the sause on the side. I upgrade to the wedge iceberg salad which was very good. Stake was medium and done perfectly. My side of Brussel sprouts was good but the same as the Quail legs bedding so don't order both. My othe side of Hickory Smoked Mac n cheese was just ok. I was expecting more. I would go again. Food was good and service was excellent.
