First time here and it was a 10/10 I highly recommend! Even though we had a wait time to be seated it was definitely worth it. Our server and food made up for the wait! As soon as we ordered we got our food within 15/20 minutes! Food was amazing and our server Michael A. was friendly and on top of it! My family and I will definitely be returning!

Great steaks... Great Service. We tried the fillet, the porterhouse (the Longhorn), the New York Strip and the kids Steak. Our waiter was great but realized that he got tied up and our food was not put in for half an hour or so... He directly informed us of the mistake and expedited a solution. The show's great tact and honor to take time and explain to the customer as well as going and letting the boss know your error. We were never mad but we figured we might have been forgotten. DONOVAN was our waiter and I would ask for him by name next time we visit. He handle a situation that could have been swept under the rug or blamed on the kitchen with decisive correction and ownership. A managing partner did come over and say that they would be taking care of dessert and apologized but my rave review needs to be about how a young man who knew he screwed up took the bull by the (Longhorn) horns and brought us to a great outcome. Thank you Donovan. Forward action and honesty get the win every time in my book. We are all human.

Came here for a date night and left disappointed. We came on a Tuesday night so not too busy and we were sat right away. Our server didn’t check up on us and we paid using the QR code and she must not have been impressed with her tip because she finally stopped by to tell us “I see you checked out online, goodbye” we never tip badly but we didn’t tip 20% tonight because she never checked on us and my steak wasn’t good. I ordered the 7 pepper steak because they said it was good. I ordered it as medium rare, she repeated it back but it came out as well done. Very disappointing, it was so tough to chew I didn’t even finish it. I never got the opportunity to tell my server because she never checked on us. The mashed potato’s also didn’t taste very good. The Cesar salad needed more dressing and the bread they brought out is plain. We did get the Wild West shrimp appetizer and that was good, the shrimp were crispy and very flavorful! We liked those so much and devoured them. My fiancé ordered the filet also medium rare and his came out perfectly, it was tender and flavorful. Wish I would have ordered that. You are better off going to Texas Roadhouse, at least there the sever checks on you and they don’t over cook your steak. I won’t be coming back.

So I went there tonight, and sat at the bar. I do have to say that it took over 20 minutes for me to get any attention, and that was because at that point, I had stopped someone and requested a drink and a menu. At that point, my server explained they were very busy, and short staff….. the story you get every single time you go to a steakhouse, of course lol 😂 But she would do her best to get to me as soon as she could. She did bring me my mango tea, drink and explain that they had ran out of sugar, so I needed it a couple sugar packets. It took about another 10 minutes or so to get my order, I was very thankful for the tea and the fresh bread she had brought along with it. My order did take about 30 minutes to complete, I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken as you can see in the photos. And when my waitress Nicole gave me my check, which was soon after she took my order, she had explained that she did not charge me for my drink because she wasn’t happy with how long it took me to get noticed Soooooo, with all the problems and all the complications and the lengthy time I was there… ⏰ I have to say I could’ve, and probably would’ve given it one less star. But for my waitress Nicole being so thoughtful and kind Longhorn gets one extra *due to her professionalism ***** note, everyone makes time to complain, no one stops to give a compliment, ——-> And so I stopped the manager Tia and I’ll let her know what a great job and what a difference Nicole is making on their diners.

Had a fantastic lunch experience. The burger featured was $9.99 . If you are doing lunch this is a superior option to traditional fast food. The service was excellent and the service team collaborated to make sure we were constantly attended to. Would highly recommend!
