A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend We had a great experience with Chef Tim. He arrived with delicious fresh fish flown in from Japan the night before. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. The recipes he taught us were delicious. He was very patient with my teenage granddaughters. We all loved the experience. We made so much food that we were able to share it at a birthday dinner that evening

Chef Chelsea's Asian Dumplings class was the highlight of our trip to San Antonio. The shrimp and pork dumplings were divine and we loved the cool venue! Highly recommended. Thank you Chef Chelsea!

Chef Miguel is the best. We booked his Parisian Love date night cooking class and had a blast. Everything from the seared scallops with to the potato-gruyere gratin to the refreshing salad and our chocolate/orange mousse was perfect. Can't wait to prepare the same dishes at home. Also, thank you for the recipes chef :)
