I went there to get a screen protector installed on my new iPhone. Other professional places use special devices for a professional installation, but they just applied it by hand. When I left the store, I noticed a small bubble in the corner, so I went back in, and he just pressed it down with his finger. The screen protector itself is also cheap. It keeps getting scratched. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Christian is great. He owns the business and he cares about his customers. Mistakes happen and people have bad days but Christian goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. The store does good work and they are fast. I’ve been here several times and plan on coming back. Thanks Christian.
The while process took 2hrs. (Xfinity cell phone repair claim) Great customer service. Clean store. Easy to find. They also answer the phone quickly. They offer a wall of merchandise..very smooth experience.
Great experience they said my device was going to be ready in two to three days, but they called me the same day and told me it was ready for pick up. I dropped off a iPod classic for a front glass and a battery and it looks and works great. Thank you CPR
