The technician who is responsible for TSA pre-check is the most irresponsible individual ever encountered. He was unable to capture fingerprint, without explaining anything, blindly submitted application and charged customer $79.95. Then told customer to call Clear. What? Why didn't you explain a single Word when you charged customer $79.95 without fingerprint even being captured? And knowingly knows fingerprint has not been captured and submitted application blindly for $79.95. Now tells customer to call a third party? And you took my money knowing nothing would come out of this simply because you were unable to capture my fingerprint! This pre-check technician well deserved get fired!

Staples demonstrates a strong alignment between customer needs and retail execution. The store layout supports efficient navigation, while product segmentation simplifies decision-making. Staff engagement appears trained toward solution-oriented assistance rather than upselling. From a business perspective, this is a well-managed retail system delivering predictable value.
