Went in to fix my google pixel phone broken screen. Old Korean dude (who looked like he didn't want to be there) tried to upsell me a screen repair that already cost almost $200. He said, I can install the cheap version or if you want you can buy the original version for more. I said no. Ended up getting the phone back after a few days. Phone screen is unresponsive when in the lock screen. Takes a few tries everytime to unlock the phone with my pin. So annoying. I should have read the yelp reviews for this place. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do your research on other review sites before getting your phone fixed.

Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service, although in my case they were not able to fix the cracked screen due to difficulties with the calibration process at Apple's end. Still, I'd recommend this business.

I recently had my screen broken/malfunction not cracked so I went to t-mobile for insurance and they had me go to CPR Cell Phone Repair by Assurant in Long Beach for about 1.5 hours and it got fixed but they guy gave me my phone back with the back not flush. So I went back 10 minutes later and waited 45 minutes. And it still wasn't fully closed. And a few minutes later it just completely popped off. T-Mobile wants me to go back to him but I don't trust him to fix it.
