Dropped off my Dell tower (about 4 yrs old). It seemed to have shorted out. When I took it in, they suspected a power supply issue. They didn’t have one but ordered one specifically to test this issue. The second power supply shorted out, so the tech suspected it was a motherboard issue which would cost 100s of dollars to replace….not worth it. They didn’t charge me for the power supply and were willing to ewaste the tower. They were kind, kept me posted, thorough. Would use them for computer issues again.

My desktop suffered the Windows 10 blue screen of death and I could not recover or reinstall the operating system. Quickfix said the Windows 11 operating would be installed, and data remain, but I would have to reinstall any programs. This desktop computer has problems accessing computers or printers on my home network; yet my other computers using windows 11 work fine. There is a settings problem on this Desktop. Quickfix wants more money to solve the problem. Was Windows 11 installed properly? I am disappointed I would need to pay more money to fix a problem on a freshly installed operating system that they installed.

Excellent business and service. David and Allen were both great. Good professional communication. These guys are the best. Battery on my 5 year old MacBook Air (beyond apple care time) was failing, while in middle of grad school semester. Took it in on Thursday for free diagnostic, they told me would be ready by Monday depending on how long parts take to come, they had it ready for me by the next day. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround. Thank you Quick Fix!

Went in with a gaming laptop (MSI Raider 2021) Windows 11 boot error and desired giving it some maintence as cpu tempuratures kept getting too hot as well. These guys definately did a good job and give a 90 warrenty as well. Only thing that may have been a pet peeve is that they didn't wipe off quite a bit of dirt at the end of the pick up period, but overall they brought it back to life and the laptop no longer gets anywhere near as hot as it did as well with much smoother performance.

The brothers who own Quick Fix are honest, top notch technicians and I’m glad they’re in business together for about 18(?) years now. What can I say? They give accurate quotes, and deliver on time at a fair price. And if an unforeseen problem comes to light while being serviced? They promptly call, explaining the issues and options available to us the customers. So, my rec? If you need help with a PC (or as in my case an Apple) I’m confident that like me, you will find yourself better off for trusting these folks to resolve your hardware issues to your satisfaction.
