Called them to ask if they could replace my iphone 16 pro max charging port since it suffered water damage. They checked if they had the part in store and told me it was possible. Gave me a quote when I asked and told me to walk in, but their hours were short today due to the holidays. I appreciated the transparency, and they were able to successfully fix my iPhone charging port, no issues. Was at the store for about 45 mins to an hour. Great service. Will be telling all my friends and family to consider this repair shop for sure before they give up on their phones/laptops/etc.

Called this company for directions and Josh was super professional and detailed. We came in close to closing and he was honest and helpful. Instead of upselling us a new phone screen he was able to change the screen protector for a much more competitive price. We appreciate business owners and companies such as this! Trusting someone to accurately fix the most important device I own was daunting. 3 other options were not promising on the phone and my confidence was low. Josh was patient with me while I asked questions and assured me that if he didn't know they answer, he wouldn't lie. He earned my respect and I went to him. The repair job went great. My phone feels brand new. And he's very fast. I would recommend him to anyone.
