The Lovotti team guided me through my first time I needed an attorney to defend me in a lawsuit. Definitely does not feel like a "community firm". The first time I called, I confirmed the amount in controversy was less than $10,000, so they told me they couldn't help me. When the situation escalated and the amount in controversy was over $10,000, I called back. They requested all of my information, gave me pricing, asked if it was doable, I said yes, asked if I wanted to work with them, I said yes, and then they immediately told me that they would not be able to help me and would refer me to the Idaho State Bar. I never got to speak to anyone but the receptionist. I wasn't able to get a "free consultation". When I asked why she took all my information and had me go through what had happened only for her to tell me they wouldn't help me, she stated" I have an intake form". What a waste of time.
