We're from a part of the country where pest control is largely unnecessary. Seth answered my questions thoroughly and helped me understand local pests, and treatment. Between that experience and Seth helping us understand what's effective without costing more than necessary, I feel confident in Crandell Pest Control and their technicians, and happy to do business here. Jesse has done our bi-monthly spraying a few times so far. He's cheerful, considerate, conscientious and efficient. Glad to have him on the job for us. (And by the way, any time I've seen a bug within 5 feet of our house on the outside, it's dead. Haven't seen ANY bugs inside the house, dead or alive.) Update, June 2020: The service from Crandell Pest Control has been consistent and reliable (and effective). It's a pleasure to say that my first impressions have been confirmed. Update, December 2022: Here's the wonderful, boring part -- still consistent, reliable, and effective. We just had another warranty inspection on termite treatment. We'll keep this going because it works! Update April 2026: Edwin is new with Crandell but not new to pest control. Like every other technician, he's cheerful and has a great attitude and does a great job keeping pests out of our home.
