They did an excellent job of making our 13 year old vehicle look just like new! And at a very reasonable price! And all of their employees were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process with the insurance companies and getting us a rental vehicle.

This shop does great work. We went in with a huge scrape and dent on the side of a new vehicle, I thought we would be out of a vehicle for a week or more with the repair needed but Keith was able to get things done quickly for us. You can’t even tell it was ever damaged. If we ever need repair work in the future *knock on wood* we will definitely come here for it.

Do not take your vehicle to Crash Champions Collision Repair Baseline. The service on my sedan was characterized by unacceptable delays, multiple incomplete repairs, and shockingly poor customer service, particularly from the management team. The issues were so severe that I was forced to take my car to a local shop in Phoenix to finally get the repair completed correctly. --- My experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair Baseline was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone needing auto body work to go elsewhere. This review is based on an extensive and frustrating engagement for the repair of my sedan. The issues began with the excessive repair timeline. My car was in the shop for far too long, and communication regarding the delays was consistently vague and unprofessional. However, the worst part was the shoddy workmanship that forced me to return my sedan multiple times for corrections. A professional collision center should get the repair right the first time; requiring multiple callbacks is a clear sign of poor quality control and rushed work. The customer service was abysmal. The staff were often rude and unhelpful, making every interaction feel like an argument rather than a partnership in getting my car fixed. This lack of professionalism was most pronounced with the managers, who were unresponsive, dismissive of my legitimate concerns about the quality of the repair and the ongoing delays, and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this shop failed to repair my car correctly. After repeatedly bringing my sedan back and dealing with the management's incompetence, I had to cut my losses and take my car to a reputable, local shop in Phoenix just to finally complete the work Crash Champions could not. This entire process was a waste of time and deeply stressful. They failed to deliver quality work on time and failed even harder on basic customer relations. Save yourself the headache and the time—find a body shop that values its customers and takes pride in its work. Crash Champions Baseline is not it. Avoid this location.

Keith & his team are nothing short of amazing. Scheduling and dropping off my car for repairs was easy & both at the front desk were friendly and walked me through the process of check-in . The entire time my car was in the shop, they were communicative when it came to the process and what was needed. Everything was done in a timely fashion as well. My car came back to me as if the accident didn't happen & clean on the inside and out. If ever needed, I would absolutely return.
