Crash Champions Collision Repair Oakland 10th

I had an appointment at Crash Champions in Oakland on November 8th. I met with Vu, who took down my information, photos, and vehicle details and said the estimator would send me a repair estimate. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything—no estimate, no follow-up, no communication. If this is how they handle customers from the start, it doesn’t give me confidence in their service or professionalism. I expected at least a basic update. Very disappointing experience.

Truly fantastic operation. They treat people like family. I know that sounds cliché, but it's true. They don't know me from a stranger on the street and last time I came in their service quality was so high when we were getting stuff fixed with insurance. It's been a year later and I brought my car back after someone had hit it (and kindly left a note) they buffed it right out, re clipped a few parts that were out of line and didn't charge me a dime. I'm definitely a loyal customer for life.

Had a great experience working with Vu Ly. He conducted a thorough walk-thru of a vehicle I brought him. At each point of this inspection he explained the cost breakdown while building up my confidence to accept his estimate. He doesn’t come off as a person trying to hustle me into signing any contracts. But a person truly genuine in providing me with excellent service. Highly recommended that you bring your vehicles here for their services.

This shop was hands down a 10/10 not one single issue everything was as promised heck they even worked with me on pricing,because insurance couldn’t cover all of the cost. I also liked that they did not Guarantee the time or anything he (Brian) just gave me an estimate but through it all I got my car back at the time he stated on the estimate and the work they did on my Lexus was phenomenal can’t even tell. Everything from the bumper trunk and back rear door lined up. Communication and understanding was a 10/10. I 100% recommend them…..

Great Service, Great Workmanship, Great Customer Service. We came in for an estimate, we were helped by Brian (Anderson) right away. He was very accommodating, easy to talk to and discuss our best options. We got daily text update on the status of our car..and they even called us an Uber. Workmanship was great and they cleaned our car inside & out.
