It's been a while since I came here but man l've missed out. Came here with my buddy and we got a total of 4 burgers! We shared the camel burger, elk burger, alligator, and chubby Charlie. My favorite was the camel burger mannn with their curry sauce on it tasted amazing. My friend's favorite was the elk burger with their red wine sauce. My second favorite was their chubby Charlie bc | love angus and pastrami. Very good. Alligator was also yummy. They have a whole bunch of different sides, and a crazy amount San Diego craft beers ! Restaurant was clean, and the staff was nice helped us pick our items! I can't wait to come back and try more exotic meats !!

I'm 100% willing to come back and try it again. I got a bunch of sliders and some were great but some were terrible. The prices are also MILDLY high for the size of the sliders: $19 for 3, $36 for 6. I say YES to Antelope, Boar, Venison, Turducken. I say NO to Elk, Ostrich, genuinely such a hard pass of mine. I'm 50/50 about Camel and Alligator, worth trying but I can't speak bc they're alright to me. Def worth a one time visit for the least, but please, I beg of you, avoid Elk meat. Boar and Venison are a little sweet bc of their toppings, but THOSE are worth it in my opinion. Ill be back someday.

This place is a gem. If I can find good burgers plus good fries or good onion rings, it’s a win. Rarely you find all 3. The menu is huge, with lots of different burger options. The draft list is also enormous with great selections. I went with a classic cheeseburger with truffle cheese and the veggies and bun were fresh. Burger was seasoned well and the frings were perfect. Crunchy and salted but not overly so. Next time I come I’ll try the exotic burger flight where you can choose among things like camel, antelope, alligator, and elk.

This place has bomb smash burgers. Best in North County in my opinion. I would even go as far as saying why are people lining up at Tanner's Burgers when this place is a few miles down the road? They have a good quality meat better than the meat at Crispy Burger. And their fries are phenomenal. They stay fresh, and crispy for a long time. They are thin stick-like fries. The only mentions I have that I don't love are the prices. It's high $$$ for downtown Oside, and unfortunately this will make this not on my regular stops, it will have to be more of a treat. I think $7+ dollars for sides is pretty ridiculous, and and $14+ for burgers is a lot for counter service. Also, the inside could use a little more welcoming decor. Perhaps adding some more on brand coloring to the walls. Half painted yellow walls would make a huge difference. Overall they still get 5 stars for the quality and taste of the food. And the service and workers are really nice and welcoming.

I’ve been going here anytime I’m in SD since 2020, this would be my 8th time. I can count on the burgers being great every single time, even if the combination of toppings on the exotic fare are unusual. The fries have always slapped and are my top choice for fries in town. Service has been great and the wait for food short as well. There was an off menu item this when I went this time, I don’t remember the name but it was a mix of 3 different meat patties and it was delicious.
