WeI had an amazing experience with Crazy Party Jumpers and Event Rentals! From start to finish, their service was excellent. The communication was fast and professional, and they responded right away to any questions I had. The setup and take-down were smooth and on time, and everything was clean, safe, and exactly as promised. The kids had the time of their life, and it made the party unforgettable! 🎉 and the parents had a good time with the friends and family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent party equipment — I’ll be using them again for sure!

Be careful renting from here. In the beginning the owner had good communication and answered my questions. However, when I asked for pictures of certain rentals or specific questions, the communication would drop off. For this reason, I tried to set up a call. Owner said she would call me once she gets to the shop but did not. I followed up consistently but I still did not hear back. A red flag was that they could not give a straight answer on when drop off and pick up would be. Another red flag was that I asked to pay a deposit and they did not take it. I eventually found a different company. In the week I was searching for a different company, they never followed up with me even though I asked for a call multiple times. Once I told the owner I will no longer be working with her, she blamed it on the fact that I had not paid a deposit (although she before had said I don't need to pay one.) Just be careful renting from here. Maybe it is more reliable if you visit her store in person or something along those lines.
