The team at Creations were incredible to work with! Ben was so informative and responsive from our very first meeting. My fiancé and I had a bespoke engagement ring commissioned, with the process starting in March 2020, just as the pandemic began to shut down businesses. Throughout lockdown, Ben remained in touch and continued the search for the perfect stones. He was clear about costs and worked within our budget to produce an amazing ring, which will one day become a family heirloom. The after sale service is also to be highly commended, with free cleanings for the lifetime of the piece - a service we have already used twice! We are so happy to have been able to support a small family business and even happier with the work they produced! I have recommended Creations to all of my family and friends, and everyone who has complimented my engagement ring.
Creations Jewellers have been with us right from engagement through to our wedding day. When my husband was shopping for engagement rings he entered creations and was taken by the open window where he could see the jewellers at work. The team at creations helped him find a ring he liked and tweaked it to make the perfect engagement ring. We also purchased our beautiful wedding band through creations. The three pieces are absolutely stunning and the quality is impeccable. I highly recommend creations.
My husband got my engagement ring designed by Ben many years ago. It is absolutely beautiful. I then got our wedding rings at Creations. And subsequently got a number of fabulous pieces from here. I don't go anywhere else and can't recommend them highly enough. All the staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful and Ben is a genius!
