I foolishly put a gallon of milk on my back seat and drove around for thirty minutes with it tipped over and leaking into my soft fabric seat of my Rav4 because the seal was broken. I tried multiple places but none answered my call. Mandela answered my call immediately, and quoted me a generously low price just to have one seat shampooed, steamed, and cleaned to make sure all the Milk enzymes were destroyed. Remember, this was a Saturday afternoon I called him. He got me booked SUNDAY first thing in the morning. He arrived on time, was informative, courteous, friendly, and got straight to work in 19 degree weather. It took about 20 minutes to be cleaned and completed. No stains. No wet spot. He left my 2025 Rav4 smelling newer than when I first got it several months ago. Mandela you were a life saver and I appreciate your hard work especially in the early cold morning.

Mandela is a detailing pro! Not only did MK come to my location, but once the work was finished, my car looked better than it has since I owned the vehicle. This was not easy work, but it was done very professionally and with a smile. I highly recommend his services and will refer to others.

I am beyond impressed with the incredible job they did on my car. My vehicle regularly hauls around five kids, so it sees its fair share of messes and I truly didn’t think it could ever look this good again. They somehow managed to get out dirt, grime, and buildup I thought were permanent and made my car look and feel brand new. On top of the amazing results, their customer service was outstanding. They were incredibly kind, professional, showed up right on time, and finished the job quicker than expected without cutting any corners. It’s rare to find a business that delivers this level of quality and care. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will absolutely continue using their services for years to come!

MK did an exceptional job at cleaning/detailing my interior. He even restored my headlights which I didn’t even notice needed taken care of.
