Always nice staff that greet you upon arrival with a smile, wave or nod. They often wave as you exit the lot after car wash too. The attendant always is clear with instructions and smiles despite the below 30 degrees temperatures

The guys here are honestly the best. I rolled through for my usual Sunday wash, rain coming down, me in a rush like always. They still went out of their way even helping me with extras making sure my car was fully taken care of. No hassle, Super welcoming, very friendly just good people 🤍 Hands down, the best car wash in town.

I had an amazing experience at Mr. Car Wash! The service was top-notch, and my car came out sparkling clean. What really stood out was the site manager, Norman, who is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to chat. His positive attitude and warm demeanor genuinely brighten my day every time I visit. The whole team is professional, and the facility is well-run, but Norman’s personal touch makes this location exceptional. Highly recommend!

Moved here from Florida. This is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Great staff, great wash and great vacuums. Live my Mr. Salty wash! (family given nickname for the car wash...) And they are everywhere!

My daughter has a membership. I’ve had several car washes in a few locations in Spokane. I stopped by on 7/12/25. For some reason, her car appears to not be thoroughly washed. There’s still some dirt that remains on the back windshield. The brushes are not reaching well in that section. I have to use a water bottle just to help remove the dirt. I failed to take a picture of the area as I was in a hurry to get back on the road. The car wash experience is unlike the Brown Bear car wash. My daughter’s car gets fully washed with no dirt remaining. I hope this can improve in the near future. I enjoy the free vacuum perk! 🤩
