The customer service here is amazing! All the service advisors are friendly, and the dog is super cute! Brought my car in to get some work done, and they were quick and were very communicative. They accidentally messed up some of my aftermarket lights when lifting the car, I called and they had it fixed the next day in less than an hour. I will be recommending them to friends and family and will be my go-to shop from now on.

Had one of the worst runs of luck the last 8 weeks with my 03 Nissan and man did these guys come through big time. Had a break booster go bad, a timing belt break and a major wheel mishap all unrelated but all 3 things happened back to back to back. Upon having to have it towed for third time to Creech needless to say I was pretty down in the dumps but they called me and offered to help me out. I worked in auto parts for 8 years and dealt with hundreds of shops over the years. There is a reason I’ve brought multiple vehicles that I’ve owned to Creech. They do great honest work and to me that’s way more important than just price. I have never had any issues with any of the work I’ve had done here and will continue to bring our vehicles to them. If you want a shop that is hospitable, trustworthy and has your back look no further, Creech Import are those guys. Extra thanks to Stan, Steven and Jordan who all have dealt with my calls over the last couple of months. I appreciate you all and the techs who worked on my truck so much.
