This place is the best! I've been using cresco for well over a decade and always their level is service has been top always. I used to deal with Paul Jones before his passing and he was such an amazing person (top quality in customer service and experience) before his passing that after he passed I stuck with the company in my loyalty. I am happy that I have because to this day they are still living up and even exceeding my expectations. My most recent experience I had to order some fittings for my excavator (which I had purchased used from Cresco a few years back) and was helped by a wonderful woman who i am embarrassed to admit I forgot her name i want to say Christine (so sorry). Either way she was able to help me get what I needed quickly and reasonably. She even made a special trip to the supply house to make sure that I got what I needed the next morning early. I was so grateful for that and this level of service is the type of level that you can expect when you come here. I am a life long customer of theirs for their customer service alone! Hard to find these days unless you are here at cresco (oakland and the surrounding stores as a whole!)
