Your website was easy to use for the equipment rental and a quick email response after my reservation. I also received a call from a customer representative to inform me the equipment I rented was not available and if I can accept a different equipment that is similar. The delivery came early morning the day I schedule the drop off. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would rent again in the future.

I love your website where all of the information I need is at the tip of my fingers. And our rep Chad Bliss is a blessing. He is professional and always there for us to answer any questions and help us with our rentals. We rent ALOT and I feel United Rentals makes it the easiest for us.
