Usually a stand out for us until Ahern was acquired by United. Got a call at 15min until closing letting us now they were not delivering to our large order the next morning. All due to an accounting tax error on their end of things we still cant get them to fix (very small amount in comparison) Most frustrating is to get a call letting you know in the 11th hour they cannot take care or even help you resolve the problem. -RIP Ahern, miss you already. -Goodbye United, nice knowing you.
Excellent customer service, but the delivery was 2 hours early. No one was on site to accept the lift. It worked out fine, but customers may select a delivery time of a reason.
Reservation process was easy, and Matthew Zurnacian went above and beyond to help us out, and as well as answer all our very specific questions. Also he had a positive attitude and good sense of humor. Will definitely rent from here again! Thank you Matthew!
