CRG has been wonderful to do business with---from start to finish. Jason Grimes, the Storm Restoration Specialist, helped me file the claim for wind damage with my insurance company. The insurance company said the damage to my roof did not exceed my deductible, therefore, they were not going to pay for the damage. Jason ordered an independent appraisal and we requested an appraisal from the insurance company. After the appraisal, the insurance company concluded that I was entitled to a new roof replacement. Without Jason's help, my claim would have been rejected. Customer service is outstanding. The workers arrived promptly, were professional and completed the work in one day. The cleanup was thorough and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process! I highly recommend the Chesapeake Remodeling Group for any roofing project.
Working with Carlo and the rest of the team at CRG has been a wonderful experience. They made everything incredibly easy. They even were able to schedule me sooner because I needed a new roof by a specific date. Team was prompt professional and friendly. The quality of work is top notch and my roof looks amazing. I feel so much more confident now knowing it is in great shape. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, including both of my neighbors yards. Could not recommend them enough!
Over the years wear and tear took its toll on my house especially the rain storms of the last year. A leak started, so CRG walked me through filing a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company also found issues with my siding. So we ended up doing, roof, siding, windows, and downspouts. Everything was handled quickly, with minimal disruption. We were about to leave for a week, and they worked with us to get everything finished before we left. I definitely recommend them for any work that you may need done. As another benefit, we are close to a major highway, and the sound proofing and insulation have made the house quiet even during rush hours.
We called CRG through a family recommendation. We connected with Daniel Ahn and from the first moment we spoke to him we realized he knew what he was doing. Daniel helped us file our insurance claim and when we were refused for our claim, Daniel walked us through the steps to finally get our claim approved. The day of install we had a great crew! They laid large tarps over all of our bushes so they did not get damaged or dirty. The team worked quickly and at the same time carefully and safely. At the end of the day, literally as they were laying the last shingles a thunderstorm rolled in. They decided to wait out the storm and then cleaned the yard with a large magnet tool to make sure the lawn was clear of any nails and debris. Our new roof is beautiful and although the insurance process is long and at times frustrating, Daniel and CRG were continually engaged and answered all of our questions. We hope we will not have to replace our roof while we are living here, but will definitely call CRG again if needed and highly recommend all of their staff and installers.
CRG roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I have been dealing with issues with leaks for the past five years and finally decided to make the leap to replace it entirely. Their pricing was fair and their work looks immaculate. It’s safe to say I know nothing about roofs but the job looks impeccable. My roof looked like the one next door with the silver coating but now it looks professionally done. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Just keep in mind weather can’t be controlled and if you want the job done by a certain time frame account for some days that might be missed due to rain or heat waves.
