Super impressed with Dibello's customer service! They installed our roof in 2019, and when a shingle came off during high winds last night, they came out within a few hours of my early morning call. This team is professional, timely and extremely respectful! My wife and I needed some routine maintenance done on our roof and the owner of the company came out to greet us and inspect our situation. Not a salesman. Not everyday that happens! The best part was, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He was honest and open about the challenges we were having with our roof and the longevity we had left on it. We immediately hit it off and scheduled time for his team to come get the maintenance done. His team got out to our property on time, did a phenomenal job on our roof and left our property in perfect condition when they left.
