I've been coming since they opened back in August and I am still impressed! The price, amenities & distance are the best gym accommodations I've ever had. I wish they had more equipment such as an actual stretching area, t-bar row & hack squat machine, but there is always room for improvement! *UPDATE*: Two years later & not much has changed. Machines are constantly out of order & have yet to see any new equipment as other Crunch facilities have more options than this location. Hopefully this will change soon, especially since they just charged me for the annual maintenance fee.

You get what you pay for. Something is always broken. When something does break it takes forever to fix. Thought I could deal with it for the price but it’s constant.

The worst contractual and financial policies. I have, like other people have stated tried multiple times to cancel this membership for my son. Every which way is a hurdle. He even went in to cancel it and they still didn't cancel it right resulting in multiple charges. Continuously unable to access a manager and when I was i was told that corporate had to handle issues with contracts. To many other options to think this is the best choice on the area.

After attempting to resolve an issue with CRUNCH continuing to try to remove money from my bank account, 9 months after I canceled my membership in person, I, today, called and tried to resolve the issue with an associate at this location. As he attempted to act like he was a victim in the situation, and at the same time talking over me every time I try to speak, he hung up on me like an immature child. I did not raise my voice, I didn't yell, said nothing negative towards him. Now, I'm having to deal with the corporate people to try to get this resolved, 9 months later. ****Update**** The owner placed a comment on this post a week ago asking me to email them, which I did on that day, and I still have not received a response. Interesting how they act like they care on a public forum, but in all reality don't.
