I have been training here for the past 6 months and i’ve had a wonderful experience. I’ve always wanted to get into boxing and kickboxing and I’m glad that I found this studio. Coach Kasim is super welcoming and supportive. The classes are a great workout combined with in-depth technique, so you not only get a good sweat but also progress in your knowledge of fighting and self defense. I highly recommend this facility for all levels!

Definitely a great workout for all levels of experience! As a beginner, I was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to catch up to the rest of the class. Kasim and Megan are exceptional instructors that were very patient with me, and are great at breaking everything down in a way that is digestible even for a first timer like myself. 10/10 recommend!
