Tori Ryan the most effective coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I trust her wholeheartedly with my workout regimen. This is one of the best gyms in the area! Starting my journey I was very intimidated going to a gym let alone the weight racks. I started working with Rachel towards the beginning of the year and I couldn’t be happier. Rachel is a fantastic trainer. She makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we're doing, and teaches me on how to improve my form. I did in person training and online and got amazing results. I now walk very confident into any gym and do not get anxiety. I am eating donuts and gaining muscle!
