Recently had to cancel my training sessions with Robert for a move across the state. Highly recommend asking for him if possible, very knowledgeable and friendly. Emily made it super easy and was understanding of my needs. Great Management and the whole staff here are phenomenal! Very friendly, set expectations upfront, and are always welcoming.

So, I have been going to this place for about 2 years or so, and it is a good Gym. It's a very popular gym; so there can be issues with availability of certain equipment at peak times, but it's generally a good gym. In fact, I'd say just about any Gym worth going to will have similar issues to the one I just described. I mean if no one goes to your gym, then that's a whole other problem. However, what makes this gym superior is the customer service. I recently had an issue, or what I thought was an issue, with billing and personal training and it was resolved professionally, politely, and with laser speed. I was really impressed at the responsiveness and service I received. In fact, every time I have gone there, I have never had a bad experience with the staff. Staff like Jonah, Emily, and Mateo are not only great high-speed professionals in their fields, but they are also invested in your experience and dedicated to helping you achieve results while at Crunch. I'm sure the rest of the team there are just as great, but I can speak from experience with these three. This is a great team and anyone who goes here will see that harmony and feel that energy.

So your employees go on line insulting people. Explains how your manager treated me when I questions the $249 bucks that y'all stole. After cancelling, three months go by and no charges then one day boom. When I inquired, the manager was rude. Said there was no cancellation, well explain the months of no charges. She couldn't, got more combative..... Now encountering this fool, with a similar attitude. Says a lot about the atmosphere of your gym. I'm a gym rat, when friend and acquaintances ask what are good gyms to go to......I start with never go to crunch and process to tell them how y'all stole 249 bucks. Now this!?! Folks spare yourself. Other gyms in cc are much better.

It's a very complete 24-hour gym with many classes. It has classes like hit, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, cycling, and many more. All the trainers are very dedicated and are aware of your positions so you don't get injured. They always try to make everyone improve in each class. But by far what I like most is the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire gym. It's something I value a lot. For those who are parents of little ones, they have a bonus daycare until 8:00 p.m.

I have been coming to Crunch for 2 yrs. I am 63 years old. In the eyes of the medical world still 40 lbs over weight. I started this weight loss journey at 250. The staff, instructors, trainers all treat you like family. All are ready to help answer any question you may have about exercising, equipment, anything they can. There is no pressurre to keep up only to keep moving the best you can. This has been the best push for me and Over this time span with their help and guidance I now weight 185 pounds. I feel great, breath easier, move easier, eat better most of the time, lol. I am able to do things now I was not able to do when I started.. For all this I am truly grateful for the people, machines, classes and all the exercise friends I have made along the way. My journey is not over and may never be, Crunch will always be a part of this journey for me. Below: Now and Then photos..
