Gym is nice and clean. Night staff very friendly. Reason for two star is because I left my beats headphones on a machine not even 10 minutes of realizing I called no one has turned them in. Asked the manager older man if there was any way they come review the footage and see what I was already knowing. I was told they can’t review camera footage without a police report so at a loss! That fact that this person will face no consequences and likely will do it to someone else god forbid it’s someone’s wallet or personal information, while still being allowed to have access to the gym facilities.

Great gym with serious value for the price Crunch Fitness in Plano is easily one of the best gyms in the area for the price. The facility is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a huge variety of equipment for both strength training and cardio. Even during busy hours, I’ve rarely had trouble finding what I need because the layout is well thought out and there’s plenty of machines and free-weight space. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciate. Whether you’re checking in, asking about a class, or just need something cleaned or fixed, they’re quick to respond and always professional. What really stands out is the energy of the place. It’s welcoming for beginners but also great for people who train seriously. The group fitness classes are solid, and the overall vibe is motivating without feeling intimidating. For what you pay, it’s hard to beat the value here. If you’re in or around Plano and looking for a gym that’s clean, well-equipped, and has a good community feel, Crunch Fitness is a great choice.

Crunch Fitness Plano has been one of the best gyms I’ve trained at in the area. The space is huge, well-laid out, and packed with equipment — whether you’re into heavy lifting, machines, or cardio, you’re never stuck waiting long. What really stands out is the variety. They have multiple squat racks, plenty of benches, a full set of free weights, cable machines, and a large turf area for functional training. It makes it easy to run everything from a powerlifting workout to HIIT circuits in one place. The atmosphere is also a big plus. It has a high-energy vibe without feeling intimidating. You see beginners and serious lifters training side-by-side, which makes it feel welcoming but still motivating. The staff is friendly and actually keeps the place clean — bathrooms, locker rooms, and floors are consistently well maintained. Peak hours can get busy (like any good gym), but even then it’s manageable because of how much equipment they have. Parking is easy, and the hours are great if you train early or late. If you’re in Plano and want a gym that has real lifting equipment, good cardio options, and a solid community feel, Crunch is a great choice. Highly recommend. 💪
