The pizzas were amazing, but in my opinion, even better than the food was the warm smile and friendliness of the person who served us. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, so I couldn’t mention it, but I’ve added a photo. Thank you very much for everything. If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy delicious pizzas at a reasonable price, served with a genuine smile, I don’t think you need to look anywhere else.

The food was great! No faults there. But some of the staff were not very polite or approachable. Seemed very rude which could put me off returning, and display a deal on window but it doesn’t actually run. Overall great food but staff not great also saw them arguing

Very tasty, fast service and nice decor. A step to get in the front door so I had to get out of my wheelchair, which is okay for a few steps, but would be nice if they had a ramp for others.

We visited Crust Liverpool for the first time after hearing they had Italian-style pizzas and pasta. We went in the afternoon and luckily caught their discount hours — really good value! The pizzas were delicious, and the pasta was nice too — maybe not outstanding, but definitely enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place had a pleasant vibe overall. Not an exceptional experience, but certainly a good option — we’d be happy to come back again.

Me and my son popped into here on Saturday 25th Oct around 5pm. . . It was absolutely chokka. There was only one table for two left . . . The one by the door!! 🫣 And there was an arctic blast blowing down Bold St - now known as Cold St 🥶 So we ordered two pizzas on their classic sourdough base . . . The Napoletana The Straccetti, the Chicken Ceaser Salad and Truffle Cheese Fries. We also got the White Chocolate Cheesecake (they had no Tirimasu) and the Gelato. After about 30 mins the food arrived. As mad foodies we both agreed the pizzas were very good if not just a teeny bit soggy in the middle but we can work with that 🤷🏻♂️ They were definitely freshly made and the crust was excellent. Both a solid 7/10 👍🏼 The Ceaser salad wasn't the best but it wasn't awful. If I ever see a Ceaser salad anywhere - I get it! This one for me was a 7/10 👍🏼 The pizzas were hard to finish it has to be said! They are considerable and they certainly don't skimp on the toppings 👌🏽 Desserts - The Gelato was very good - you can't go wrong with gelato! The White Chocolate Cheesecake jar was heavy! Very dense indeed. It was nice but there's enough sugar in it to fuel the sun! Jesus 🫣 Yeah so the table position 🥶🥶🥶 Bloody hell! If it was summer it would be okay but that baltic blast coming every time the door opened was hypothermia inducing to say the least! Something to think about!
