I had a great experience at Rudy’s thanks to Cara. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel really well taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to come across service that’s this genuinely good Cara is a real credit to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rudy’s has quickly become our new favourite pizzeria chain. The Neapolitan pizzas are spot on with light, chewy bases and fresh toppings. The triple pepperoni with honey and stracciatella was absolutely delicious, and the cherry spritz was a delightful surprise alongside it. Relaxed but buzzing atmosphere with friendly staff. Easily some of the best pizza we’ve had in the UK.

I change my mind about how I feel about Bold Street every time I come. Sometimes I find it crazy and chaotic, others a paradigm of choice. It’s like being caught in a whirlwind of confusion. All about you in flux. I need a guiding spirit animal more than ever. 🦊 Today, whatever the reason, I chose once again to come for I wished to try Rudy’s, which sits atop Bold Street. As a cat upon a fridge, above all. I’ve actually had Rudy’s before, but that was in York. And York is not Liverpool. I expected this branch to be livelier, more in the now. I was not wrong. The branch itself used to be Sainsbury, if I recall. No sign of tinned beans now though, this place has a stripped-back, cool vibe. A mixture of tables, an open kitchen, bars wood and brick. It’s all here. Raw, industrial, yet redolent of Italy. I like it. Straight to business as I was seated, a Diet Coke in my paw mere minutes after arrival. Well done. Swift, decisive, service. Ordered the Carni pizza, with delicious fresh meats and chillies. Meat for the people. I topped it with a burrata, because why not? A burrata is a joy in all its wobbly glory. Tasty pizza, I ate almost all of it. Hurrah. No room though for the freshly made tiramisu gloriously advertised on the wall. I wanted it, but the body was not willing. One day I should just do a week of puddings. 😼 The prices here are very reasonable, less than £20 for pizza and drink. A cause to celebrate. I do not dance, but if I did, I might. Overall a definite recommendation. One for the ages and certainly one to feed the grand parade, animals or otherwise.

Ordered takeout from Rudy’s during my first weekend in Liverpool, and I was impressed overall. The Caesar salad was slightly underwhelming, but the crust of the pizza has great flavor. The dipping sauces are a nice touch too, but not offering marinara as one of them was interesting. Overall, would like to try Rudy’s in person, but I was happy with both pizzas.

This is one of my favorite pizza spots around here! The pizza is generously sized, but it’s so good that I can easily finish it on my own. The iced coffee is fine as well. The staff and chef are incredibly friendly, which adds to the great atmosphere. I have a feeling I’ll be a regular here (Update: I’m already a regular, visiting at least once a week to enjoy their amazing pizza!) My favorite so far is the Triple Pepperoni. It’s a dream for meat lovers like me—three types of pepperoni perfectly blended with mozzarella and Rudy’s signature dough. If you’re not sure what to order, I highly recommend starting with this one! Another highlight is their seasonal menu, which rotates every week or month. It’s a great chance to try some unique pizzas. If something catches your eye, don’t hesitate, because it might not be around for long! (I missed the lasagna pizza, and I’m not making that mistake again.)
