⸻ If I could I will give zero rates to this shop I had a very disappointing experience at CSN Herbers Downtown. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The customer service was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional also they are gamer and liars . I do not recommend this body shop, especially for customers dealing with insurance claims. In my experience, it felt like the focus was more on making money than on properly repairing the vehicle. They replaced parts on my car without my approval and charged me for them. I did not request those changes, yet I had to pay out of pocket. There was a serious lack of communication, and I was not clearly informed about what work was being done. They kept my car for almost two months just to replace the bumpers, which is unacceptable. During that time, they made repeated excuses and even informed my insurance company that my car was old, even though it is a 2015 model. When I finally got my car back, the bumper was not properly installed, and the sensor light was still on even though the system was supposedly fixed. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic and spent thousands of dollars to correct the problems. For example, the washer fluid tank was replaced, but the work was not done properly. Overall, the workmanship, transparency, and professionalism were extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to be very careful and make sure all work is clearly approved in writing before allowing any repairs to proceed.
