I was initially hesitant about hiring Custom Cuisine for our wedding, but I’m so glad we did! Although we were advised against a tasting, Leon and the team addressed all our questions and worked closely with me on my dietary restrictions to customize the menu. We had around 80 guests and quoted for 85, which turned out to be a great decision. We did have left over food, but this was to account for the other vendors. For appetizers, we had Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs, Ham Biscuits, and a Fruit & Cheese Tray. For dinner, we enjoyed a Mixed Green Salad, Prime Rib Au Jus with Horseradish Sauce, Honey/Lemon/Rosemary Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, a Steamed Vegetable Medley, and Dinner Rolls with Butter. When the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by its quality! Even my mom enjoyed the food, and she is always hard to please.The entire staff was professional and attentive, and the buffet setup was seamless. They assisted with cake cutting and boxed up leftovers for guests to enjoy later. Highly recommend Custom Cuisine for your event!
I celebrated my 30th Anniversary of my ordination to priesthood last night. I hired Leon and his staff to carter it. They did an amazing job. Everyone at the event thoroughly enjoyed the chicken Parmesan, the stuff shells, and the lasagna was excellent. If you do not hire them, you will miss out on a wonderful meal.
Custom Cuisine catered our 10/1/22 wedding. The food was fantastic, they arrived on time and communication was prompt. We had a buffet and bar the service was friendly and professional. The team boxed up any left overs in take out boxes for our convenience. It was wonderful to know that I didn’t have to stress or worry about our caterer, especially as hurricane Ian approached.
Leon was such a pleasant surprise! I couldn’t believe his prices were Literally half as much As three other caterers I received a quote from. We had so much delicious food at our wedding and leftovers for the following week at the beach. He recommended his specialty appetizer, which were meatballs, and they were incredible. Everyone complimented the food and selection. Chicken cordon Blue, prime rib, crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, meatballs, and the fan favorite, bacon wrapped scallops; The perfect buffet. Leon Eggers of Custom Cuisine was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the first phone call, I really felt like he cared. He worked with our budget constraints, and he was very flexible about working with our particular requests. I couldn’t find anyone else who came close to matching his prices. Who would have guessed that a blizzard would have hit the day before our wedding?! Leon was a trooper, and he was committed to making our special day happen, even though we faced a lot of new obstacles with eighteen inches of snow in a city that can barely handle one. Without his catering van or his staff, he still managed to serve a delicious dinner for a large crowd. We pitched in with some help, but he somehow kept everything moving smoothly. People really enjoyed the dinner. Our menu was an international buffet with Italian, Mexican, and Japanese stations. I’m very thankful for all Leon did for us that day. I highly recommend him, especially for those working on a budget.
