Jim has deep knowledge of anatomy and a thorough understanding of your body’s needs as it ages, or if you’ve been through a life event and require recovery. He is so much fun (he’s a veritable encyclopedia on music) but is no nonsense at the same time. He cuts out what is unnecessary and focuses on the exact nutrition and fitness regimen necessary for you to reach your goals. There is no wasting of time and energy with Jim! He’s passionate about what he does. If you give Jim 100%, he’ll give you 200%. His online program is flexible and garners results. His in-person program is amazing.
