This shop and crew are the real deal. We were visting from Canada and my son and I wanted to hit the Flow Trail. I gave Cycle Works a ring and spoke to Stirling the owner, he set us up with a couple Kona Process and took us to the Soquel Demonstration Trail Head. We spent the afternoon ripping up the trails with Stirling and his mates - it was a super terrific day! Great guys, great bikes and great time!

Incredible customer service. $8 per hour. Call ahead and ask to reserve the bikes with hand brakes! They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

These guys are sick! We rented hardtails for $40/day and rode the Empire grade down pipeline to U conn to Emma- perfect half day adventure and Cycleworks crew are friendly and helpful - explained the whole route for us...Ivan was funny and super patient! We rode Giants, returned them a little past closing, they said no problem because we will be hanging around drinking a beer... tons of good tips and nice guys, including a big dog that likes peanut butter...
