I saw Dr. Bahir Chamseddin today at Dallas Associated Dermatologists. The whole experience was pretty amazing from booking the appt. as a new patient to staff, availability, check-in, exam, procedures, parking etc. I was blown away by Dr. Chamseddin; I've never had an experience like this. I had an array of concerns, and he listened intently, addressed each issue and fixed them..right there. He made time to do the procedures, even with a packed schedule. He listened to and advised on the one issue he couldn't fix and comforted me when the news was upsetting. The nurse that was helping him today was so great. [Here's to Leos!] This dude will be my dermatologist for as long as he is practicing or I'm alive.
Not only are they extremely competent doctors, but they have a tailor made system for scatterbrained people! No matter what medications you may need, they have resources to make sure the insurance pays for what it says it will, which is a real miracle sometimes! I have recommended them multiple times, and if you're reading this, I recommend you try them too!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Harrell, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by a professional and friendly staff. Dr. Harrell took the time to listen attentively to my concerns about hair loss, thoroughly explaining all my options for treatment. I appreciated how informative and patient she was in answering my questions, which made me feel confident in moving forward with a tailored plan for my specific needs. Additionally, I had a routine skin check during the same visit, and I was equally impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. Dr. Harrell was meticulous, ensuring nothing was overlooked and providing helpful advice on how to maintain healthy skin. I left the office feeling well cared for and reassured. It's not easy finding a doctor who genuinely listens and provides effective solutions, but Dr. Harrell did just that. I highly recommend Dr. Harrell for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dermatologist. I’m already seeing positive results with my treatments and couldn’t be more grateful!
Absolutely worst dermatologist in dallas!! I’ve been suffering for alopecia for years and continued to come in and get the injections and everytime I asked can we get blood work done because I feel there is a bigger issue and They had the same reply every-time “it won’t show anything” and I believed him considering he was the medical professional not me. After months of injections to the beard I decided to just shave it and let it be but then this issue spread to my head!! After that I decided to get a blood test and 2 days later found out the issue!! As a medical “professional” how could you not know an auto immune issue that is not getting better clearly has a bigger issue?!?! Could have saved me so much time money and pain from the injections if he listened!! UPDATE: I called to schedule an appointment to discuss how bad this issue has gotten and they said they will call me back… has been a week and not a single call! Continue to show their lack of care and negligence for their customers!! And to show I’m not exaggerating please look at the photos below!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!
Great, spotless facility with conveniently adjacent covered parking garage, connected to office tower via a covered walkway. Good signage throughout. The offices of Dallas Associated Dermatologists were clean and organized, with plenty of seating, so as to be able to social distance. Reception staff was polite and efficient, as was the staff during check out. Examination rooms, again spotless and well lighted. My only disappointments and the reason I did not give five stars were: 1 Appointment system seems to have a glitch in it as I kept receiving text messages confirming appointments that I did not have, with doctors I was not seeing. At one point I was in the system as having three separate appointments with three separate doctors, and none of the three doctors was the one I was supposed to be seeing. It took a while to sort it all out. 2. The doctor that I consulted with and who treated me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but seemed to be in a bit of a rush to finish and get out) I have no way of knowing the reason behind this, it could be they were running behind and he had other patients waiting, etc.) but it made me feel a bit secondary). 3. The practice does not validate parking, so I needed to pay three dollars by the time I left the parking garage. The overall experience was more pleasant, then not, and I will continue to use the practice and to see the doctor that I did, with confidence. If certain things come up down the road that would affect my opinion on that, I will update my review. Most sincerely, Steve
