I was greeted by one of their employees at a Target. Employee said he worked for AT&T and could get me great deals. I have been an AT&T mobile costumer for many years. We probably spoke for more than an hour because he was very insistent that his company, Dallas Consultants, had better deals than AT&T. Well, I usually don't trust good deals, and I let him know that. After talking a bit more I finally did an "upgrade." My deal was so good my bill increased $35 a month. I tried reaching out via text to him and he said to wait for the discounts to come in. It's been 5 months and I still have not seen any discounts. I called AT&T customer service, I was told that since these are 3rd parties, there is not much they can do, and that most of time these people at the stores don't even know the plans or discounts offered by AT&T. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY CELL PHONE PLANS FROM THESE PEOPLE AT THE STORES. They may have an AT&T badge, but they are not working directly with AT&T.
Their guidance and wisdom have been invaluable and my business is stronger because of it. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!
