Tom Waters is an outstanding loan officer who makes sure the needs of his clients come first. We refinanced with him several years ago and he was able to help us secure a terrific rate that allowed us to move from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage affordably. Every question was answered and he made sure it was a smooth change for us. Tom is devoted to his clients, very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the business, and overall a great person to work with. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tom Waters at Tatom on multiple loans. As a matter of fact, Tom was the number one loan officer when I owned a mortgage brokerage! He stays current with changes in the system, understands what lenders are looking for to meet their requirements and stays on top of his loans. Broker Kirk Tatom is another effective loan officer and an overall class act. Recommend with 0 reservations!!
