Terrible staff / service do not shop here if have young adults 18+ with you , will not serve anyone regardless of my 45yr age bracket and photo id , wasting time discussing any service with managers ,, do not deserve one star !!!

I think Dan Murphy’s needs to educate there staff on wine. All the young kids here have no clue. Every store should have a spirit specialist and a wine specialist, because it mates a big difference I miss my old local in Melbourne Dan Murphy’s on chapel st,

I've been in less than a handful of times & this is my last. I thought I'll get 4 or 6 cans of drink if on special. There wasn't any I wanted. I looked at the bottles of spirits & went out, then told by the old guy at the entrance to show him my very small bag! 😮🤔😤 I had my ph in there, card & a bit of makeup. They said nothing after I showed them, it was the size of a sml wallet/my hand. A few screws loose, kangaroo short of a paddock & a bottle short of a 6 pack in there! the male at the checkout gestured like he agreed that needed to look. I'm annoyed I showed in the tiny zipper. Adding on 1/6, a week later, or that I showed them at all! I said its a bit small! Complaint put in online before leaving the shopping centre
