Dance E.L.I.T.E Performance Academy in Columbus is a premier dance studio dedicated to nurturing young talent with professional instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, and more. We focus on building confidence, discipline, and technique in a supportive, family-like environment. Our programs include recreational classes, competition teams, and spectacular annual recitals that showcase each dancer's progress. My daughter Tatiana is in her second year on the competition team. Since joining DEPA her dancing technique has grown; through classes, intensive trainings, and various Masterclasses. But most importantly Tatiana has developed strong friendships with her DEPA Family.
Our family has had such a wonderful experience in DEPA. My daughter started when she 5 and the confidence and personal growth I have witnessed over the years is remarkable. The camaraderie, discipline and high expectation is a perfect mix. The amount of love and commitment that’s feed into all these babies is such a beautiful thing.
My 5-year-old daughter just started her second year of ballet at Dance Elite Performance Academy, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio! Since joining, her confidence has grown tremendously, and I can see how much ballet has helped her with her mobility and overall physical development. The staff are always polite, professional, and truly treat every child like they matter. The program is designed to support and encourage the kids while also pushing them to do their best. It’s incredible to see how much progress they make in such a positive environment. One of the absolute highlights is the recitals. Watching my daughter on stage and seeing everything she has worked so hard on come together is nothing short of amazing. The pride and joy on her face (and ours!) make it such a special experience. Dance Elite is truly a place where children can shine, grow, and feel valued. We are so grateful to have found this academy!
My daughter's are overjoyed to be apart of the DEPA family. The instructors truly pour into them like they are their own children. They provide them with the proper dance skills to be successful in the future but they also teach them how to be young leaders. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn the true fundamentals of dance but also who wants to be apart of a family.
My daughter absolutely loves DEPA! We took a break over the summer, and she has asked me every single day when we’re going back. I thought we might take this year off as we adjusted to life, but she wouldn’t let me. The dancers retain all their choreography so well, and the performances are always amazing to watch. We’re so excited to return!
