First, I want to say that I absolutely appreciated the fact that the man I spoke to, when I set this service up, was able to move my appointment up, to accommodate my friend who was getting released from the hospital. I had two cars that needed to be detailed. One a 2018 Ford Edge and a 2024 Honda Civic. I opted for a basic detail on the Egde and I added wax and buff on my Civic. The day he came out, it ended up raining. I asked the man who was doing the work, if that would have a negative impact on the overall job, he said yes. So, he said he could finish the Edge then come back the following day to do my civic. I said OK, that works. He packs up then I get kind of a rude text message basically saying I was obligated to get both cars done at that time. Then the guy who was doing the detail explained that he could put a canopy up, and it would be fine. Okay.. No problem the reason for the 1 star.. Is because he did a crappy job. The inside of my windows, on both vehicles still had what I assume is Armour all.. Or something similar my windows were smeared. My Civic had white wax in several places that had not been buffed at all and the inside of the windshield and side windows were again covered and smeared with Armour all. I ended up finishing the job myself, I could not see well out of the windows. This is positively the very worse "detail" job I have even had done. A 12 year old could have done a better job. Don't waste your time or your money with this place. I paid $893.00 bucks for a half done job. Not even my floor mats were put away, they were laying on my back seat. Super super super disappointed.
