1/12/25 THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES AGAIN!!!!! AGAIN!!!!! $12 for a standard washing my car. I guarantee you will see me once every three or four months at most. Until you bring your prices back down to $10 for a basic car wash, I will not do business with you anymore. I have been a customer for about 25 years and I have watched the prices increase and increase and increase constantly. I am shocked that you want $12 for a car wash now and we don’t get anything else we don’t get anything extra nothing improved in fact, things have gotten worse. .

9/13/25 @ 2:45 pm pst. They always tape the rear wiper. I've been a customer of this location (SW Barbour/Terwilleger) 2x week for nearly 5 years. This time they did NOT tape the rear wiper on my Subie Forester. Their car wash broke it. The crew would NOT stop the car wash to retrieve it, they offered no refund, they would not give me their insurance details to claim a replacement charge. He was a horrible customer service employee. Don't go to Kady. They do not care about the well being of your car. They'll damage it and take zero accountability! They should have offered to replace it with my bringing back a receipt from Subaru of Portland or Autozone. Also, he said they no longer use tape which is a lie because I was there last week and they taped my wiper without me asking they do so. So, they lie and are not good to their customers. I will take my business elsewhere. You should do the same.

I have been going to this car wash for years with great service. My visit today showed a steep decline in quality of service. The attendant was not at the booth for first so I pulled over to the side to wait for them to sweep out my truck bed and take off my antenna. When the attendant came back I was ignored. When I approached him I was told I needed to go to the back of the line which was quite long at this point. When I got back to the front, I had to ask him to sweep out my truck bed which he took a broom and scoop and brushed out one tiny portion directly behind the cab. No one even offered to remove the antenna. I thought maybe they were short staffed but found another employee at the .end of the car wash who's only duty seemed to be to wave people out of the wash. He never inspected my truck and the green light did the same thing he was doing. I am leaving a photo of my truck bed after the wash

The car always comes out looking sharp, and the price can't be beat. The channel is low enough my car doesn't scrape, which happens at many other washes. The facility is clean and the workers are nice. The free vacuums are the cherry on top! Wish it was closer, but it's always been worth the drive.
