Service was a little slow considering they had just opened and it wasnt busy yet but server was super nice and took care of us. Atmosphere was upbeat, our teenagers had a great time. We purchased the $39.99 Eat & Play combo for everyone and it was more than enough chips for well over an hour of gaming and we all left with chips still on our cards.

Today I came in with my company for New Year’s Eve and with it being a holiday I assumed that it would be overwhelming and service wouldn’t be up to par however I was completely wrong. My server was Dani and she was amazing. Extremely patient, understanding, accommodating and displayed exceptional customer service. I have a party of roughly 20 and orders placed came back correct. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will be returning. Quality of food was excellent as well. Overall our experience was great.

First time here for a birthday party. Staff were excellent! Very accommodating and polite. Food was pretty dang good for the price. I don't expect to go to a place like this and not spend money. Would recommend for nearly all ages.

Had dinner here. It was not a good experience. Wait times were too long for order to be taken. Once our order was taken, the Cajun shrimp pasta had no sausage. Waited 25 minutes for a new waiter to show up, for him to disappear for another half hour. I asked a busser to inquire as to why there was no sausage in the dinner that should’ve had it in there. He informs me that the cook says there is no sausage left. I was very upset because no one told me this when I ordered and I could’ve ordered something else manager happen to be there as I was discussing with the bus about my food. She asked me was everything OK? I told her no she then proceeded to ask me What do you want a new plate of pasta? I said absolutely not. I just want some bacon or something put in it. I’m paying for two meats and it’s only one in there and they didn’t even add extra or inform me. Her walkie-talkie went off and she left. 20 min later a young lady came out to wait on another table. She bought me a cocktail cup full of bacon. I made the comment. I hope I’m not being charged for this. I then waited another 25 minutes for the waiter to come, which was a guy because the lady who was waiting on our table left. I informed him I needed my check, and I was using cash, and we needed containers. He brought me a check back, and no containers. I reminded him that I was using cash. He did something on the receipt where it only showed that he took $150 for my order but he failed to put the $28 tip. Had to go to management because my receipt was not showing that. I paid $178 and some change. The young lady who bought me the bacon and another manager named Tony tried their best to give me a receipt that reflected the $178, but they were unable to, but he did give me a receipt with his card attached, so I did appreciate that. The food was cold, so I had to heat it when I got home. It was good, but the service was too long and very sketchy.

Hosted my son's 12 birthday party here. We ended up reserving a room based on the number of people who were attending. We had great service and the party hosts were very attentive and so friendly. It was certainly a stress-free event. Endless food and drinks. The room was so nice and comfortable for all of my guests. My only issue was when corresponding with the event coordinator. They sent me an image of the room with round tables so I purchased round table cloths only. When I got there, I was actually assigned to the room with rectangular tables. It was a much bigger room and I did not have any issues at all. We just didnt have any table cloths on the tables lol. Not a big deal at all. The children had a great time there. Highly recommend!
