As always a great experience! All but one game were in working order. We had an issue on Mario Kart and the attendant was right behind us and fixed it immediately. Food was great too!

The food is usually good but the chicken today for chicken tenders for my kids and the Parmesan chicken was not cooked right. Burnt for one and undercooked for one. I had to tell the server she needed a manager to take the 25% off the meal dinner I had the premier card and she argued with me until she found out I was correct. The host at the human crane was great and made my kids night just having fun with them. I wish I could have given him my tip for dinner instead of the server who almost ruined the night.

Easy to see why it was fairly slow on a Friday. The food was good, but the service was horrible. There were waitresses playing on their phones, the bathroom was disgusting, the game area had cotton candy all over the floor, and it just seemed like the staff was too busy talking to each other to care. I've been going here for years and just couldn't believe how bad things have gotten.
