David has been working with my mom and my daughter for the last few months. I was impressed by David’s attention to detail, how well he educates us, and his great communication. David has been my trainer for just over a year and there truly aren't adequate words to explain just how impressed I am with my results over this last year. I've worked with a couple trainers in my lifetime and David far exceeds any trainer before him.
