Our experience with Physical Education has been nothing short of fantastic. From day one they offered truly personalized service, starting with a comprehensive assessment to understand our goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Instead of a generic workout plan, they built a program tailored specifically for us, and even took into account our family environment and long-term goals. The facility is outstanding! A modern, 3,100-square-foot training space with state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment. Trainers are not only highly knowledgeable and certified, but they genuinely care about your success. They coach you individually, track progress carefully (every rep, every jump, every sprint), and celebrate milestones. What really stands out is the culture: it’s more than “gym folks”, it’s a community. Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or someone getting started later in life, everyone supports and cheers each other on. That kind of encouragement makes workouts feel fun and every session a step forward. Private gym that prepares individual workouts to gain the most out of your body. My family has worked out of here for three years and my daughter has made remarkable gains for her sport, it really has changed her life. But even non athletes (like me) see considerable improvement in strength, conditioning and core. They divide the gym in the several groups, including athletes that are injured, athletes, preseason, athletes during the season, adults who are injured, adults, fitness programs, and adults who need flexibility and balance. They cater workouts to your goals and your needs and they don’t give you a cookie cutter program that everybody follows. Being older, I have to worry about getting injured, as my body doesn’t react the way it did when I was 18 or 19. They make sure I don’t get injured, always give me the support I need, and help me reach the goals important.

Best personal trainers in Jax! Their adult program is tailored to your individual needs and goals while still giving you that sense of community with a group workout. Adam and Travis are so knowledgeable and keep the workouts interesting. I’ve been in the program for over 2 years and still look forward to coming here every week.

As the father of two competitive volleyball players who have been going to PE for several years I appreciate the professionalism of the staff to customize programs for each child based on their needs and goals. When my daughters first started at PE it was in Adam’s garage and I would sit in on their sessions and was impressed with the staffs knowledge of how to get the most out of the training. Even though they are sisters my girls each have their own goals and the staff works with each one to achieve their individual needs. Now they are in a great facility with state of the art equipment to track each athlete’s progress.

A gym that truly cares about your personal goals and development. The owners listen and curate training specific to each individual. The culture that Adam and Travis have created is unlike any gym I have ever been to, everyone treats each other with respect and kindness no matter where you are in your fitness journey. My strength, mobility, speed, and explosiveness have improved tremendously since training at PE. I recommend this gym to everyone I know.
