My 10-year old gaming laptop turned into a brick on a Friday, and on a Monday I was a happy camper. I lugged the thing to DC Computers and Daniel asked what he could do to help me. I told him my super old computer wouldn't power on, and he gave me a price to diagnose it. I thought about it, and figured it was time for a new(er) computer rather than fix my brick. He showed prices and basic specs for six different laptops covering a wide price range. I picked what I thought was the best bang-for-buck ratio, and am super duper pleased with it. I also bought a Keychron K4 keyboard, and it is NICE. Going to DC Computers resulted in a no muss, no fuss experience - just great customer service and products. If you need technical help with your computer, or are looking for an upgrade, I highly recommend DC Computers. Thank you, Daniel, for taking care of me.

Shady business, do not recommend. DC Computers sold me a defective laptop charger for $60 more than a brand-new one online. I was in a pinch leaving for a work trip so I bought it anyway, then had to buy a new one because it didn’t work. When I tried to return it, they refused to refund. —RESPONSE— The laptop charger I purchased online was directly from OEM Amazon Storefront, same exact part number as purchased from DC Computers, brand new, $60 cheaper. Now not only will they not refund the defective item I purchased from them, but they want to pretend their items are priced at market value. Why would I want to swap out the defective DC Computers charger when I already had to purchase a new one due to DC’s product being defective??? This policy is predatory.

Really chill place. The service is pretty quick and the guys there will call upper management to get you the best deal they can. They also sell a motorcycle for like $20k, you can find a lot of cool stuff i side. Plus there’s Sammy the cat :)

I was trying to install a new SSD in a new computer and found I was missing a very small screw to hold the new SSD in place. I called several places including the computer manufacturer with no help at all. I call DC Computers and spoke with Chris, he said, no problem. "These screws are in different sizes so bring in the computer so I can give you the correct screw" which he did. My whole visit was about 5 minutes. I worked in "Silicone Valley" for 10 years at big name companies, so I know when someone is knowledgeable, competent, and willing to help. Five minutes and my problem was solved. If you have a computer problem, go see these guys, they know what they are doing and they are ethical and honest.

My computer would not turn on so I took it to get it repaired here. They did diagnostics then explained all the issues with my laptop and the repairs they could do. Overhauled my computer and I was pleased to find they had a 6 month warranty and cleaned both the interior and exterior of my computer, making it look good as new. The new charger I received was missing the tail end but I was able to call and come back in to grab it with no issues at all. First repair shop I’ve been to and it will absolutely be the one I come back to
