This repair shop came highly recommended and I see why. We had an amazing experience with an Xbox repair. Typically, we are do it yourself-ers, but with the X, it could be an expensive mistake. Not only is this a local family business, the customer service was fantastic and the prices are great. If you need electronic repairs, I highly recommend Dustin and team. I drove 25 minutes to this place because the reviews were good to get my quest 3 fixed. They are supposed to open at 12, but the guy didn’t show up until 12:15. He quoted me $150 to repair it and I debated even fixing it, but decided to do it so I could sell it. He asked how much I could sell it for and I said probably $250 or $300 and he offered to buy it from me as is for $150. I said no and he kept trying to convince me saying he was trying to save me time and money. At one point I very directly said “I’m not interested in that” and he kept on trying to explain to me how it was in my best interest to sell it to him. It felt like interacting with a sleazy car salesman. Finally I just said I was going to take it somewhere else and left. * I never said I had an issue with your quote or the reasoning behind your offer. You’re not understanding the issue. The issue is I said no multiple times and you kept trying to convince and pressure me into selling you the device. If someone says no once you should just respect that. If they say no multiple times and you continue to pressure them into doing what you want it’s beyond disrespectful. Saying you’re sorry I had a bad experience isn’t much of an apology. It shows a lack of accountability and understanding.

I had a great experience at DC Tectronix and highly recommend. My laptop wasn't charging properly, so Dustin replaced the port, and when that didn't completely fix the problem, he replaced my charger (which I had damaged by using a broken port) at no extra cost. I really appreciated Dustin's kindness, timeliness, and clear communication was from start to end, and he did a great job for a lower price than some of the other alternatives. Thank you!
