Evan was very professional, repaired leak at gas meter then verified fire pit and gas logs worked correctly after repair. Efficient work, fair price, came to repair the problem very quickly. I am very thankful to have everything working safely again especially with a snow and ice storm of significant potential coming this weekend. Bonus was instruction on how to prevent damage to pipes correctly with extreme cold temps coming this weekend! Will definitely call Dean’s anytime I need plumbing / gas repairs!
Alex and crew from Dean Plumbing replaced a failed water heater. Access was difficult, the crew was persistent removing and replacing the water heater. The crew also brought the heater into compliance with current code requirements. As advertised the job estimate was the final cost. Finding an LPG unit was expedited. Very pleased with Dean Plumbing sending personnel to assess reqiired job within hours of contacting their hotline.
We reached out to Dean Plumbing to help us with locating an underground liquid petroleum line that came from the tank to our home. They were able to come up with a solution and execute on it flawlessly. I cannot thank Rusty, another gentleman that helped and Emmaly at dispatch for helping us out so much. I really appreciate their patience in working with us.
